Henriette Duckerts (born 1947) ceramics are created from an idea of poetry and humor and she combines great classic lines and shapes with small, grotesque, sculptural details, often realistically modeled. But her ceramics can still be used in the every day life.
This piece of pottery is hand-thrown porcelain and decorated with clay. Glazed with a transparent colored glaze.
I got this piece from my daugthers for my birthday 2011
