XL- Cuckoo clock

Hi, This is my largest Cuckoo clock (Not antique) sorry I don't
Have the measurements but its big but when
The cuckoo counts the hour he only comes out
Once no matter what time it is he only cuckoo
Once can anyone tell me why ? Also some of my
Other cuckoo clocks count the wrong hour but if I move
The hands to the hour the bird cuckooed he sill
Is off some hours does anyone know why?
