    Vintage Turquoise and Rinestone ring I got at the goodwill the other day. I think its vintage and I believe the turquoise is real but set also with rinestones. Need some help on this one?

      I'm not a expert on Tiffanys, but I wouldn't have thought there'd use Rhinestone on their jewellery, I might be wrong.
