I need help with these because I know nothing about them. The one on the bottom with the flowers and red stem is from France. The other two were purchased in a local shop. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

The two on the top look like Ivory to me. I would think celluloid would not be used so close to a flame. I bet the top one has inlayed sterling silver in it. I don't know about who would make these though :/

There is inlaid sterling on the top one. Thanks for the comments!

The one in the middle looks to have a lizard or dragon crawling up the cylinder. (For the Chinese or Japanese market?) You can see its beady little eyes and its clawed forearm. I think the dragon's face resembles Sylvester the cat. Hee hee.

I agree. It is called the double-eyed dragon from the little bit of information that I have gathered.

Upper one could be french ivory (a man made substitute) because of the regular parallele lines, silver inlaid.
Middle one is asian carved ivory.
bottom one could be meerschaum (google for it!) and bakelite or resin made to mimic amber.
