This is a Murray Pedal Car from around 1955. This style pedal car was made in one of four styles:
1. Blue police car
2. Black police car
3. Good Humor ice cream pedal car in red and white
4. Good Humor ice cream pedal car in blue and white
I had the Murray Good Humor ice cream pedal car in blue and white when I was a child. Hope this helps
