Elephant Lamp Gone With The Wind

I just came across this yesterday and trying to find out more about it. I think it's from Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co.
The one I came across wasn't an oil lamp so I'm wondering if this pattern has been reproduced or refurbished from oil?
It's very neat and interesting for sure.
