Art Deco Dura Drink Coasters Sets

Here are a pair of rare Art Deco drink coaster sets from The Dura Company of Toledo, Ohio. These drink coaster sets were part of a giftware line that Dura did during the 1930's, and they are made of a "silver alloy" metal (like chrome) with bakelite bases and coasters. According to the 1933 Dura ad, the sets came in black and red, black and green, and black and ivory combinations. The etched metal faces have a great Machine Age, waterfall type of motif.
