Any thoughts on what this might be? I picked this up a couple of years ago at a thrift store because of the beautiful detail and wood. The only thing we could come up with is a "cat house" lol. Its 24" tall, 21" across the bottom and 10 1/2" at deepest point. Lots of work went into this. Thanks in advance.

Very nice love the inlaid wood . To me it reminds me of some kind of religious stand for maybe Buddha or other religous icons to be displayed . Just a guess though . I would say it is not a cat house :-)

Thats a thought Manikin : ) The inlay is amazing. Didn't know what it was or where I was going to put it when I bought it but I couldn't pass it up. Thanks for your thoughts on it : )
