I got this bear with a lot including a mini Steiff and a family of 3 mini bears from England.
He is unique in that he has orange mohair and his arms and legs are affixed with staples.
I appreciate any assistance as I am not a bear expert.

I recently picked up this same unmarked bear, and assumed that it was a Steiff. This one has glass eyes. Certainly someone out there knows who made this.

He does not look like a steiff to me . Never knew them to use staples and the detail is more crude than I would think . No button in ear and he would still have had one as he is in good condition. Very cute bear
