Blue Glass Paperweight with mottled finish

Blue glass paperweight with a mottled finish on it. It looks like someone took a blob of glass and *smushed* it together like kneading dough. The first photo was with a flash but the last three are more true to life color. It is hard to tell in photos but the underside is smooth and looking into it at the underside of the finish plays a bizarre trick on your eyes, it looks like you're holding a pandoras box or portal or something. I've no idea on maker or what it is-- I'm assuming a leftover chunk of glass after some beautiful creation. But I like it!
