Wondering if there is anyone out there that knows anything about Japanese tea sets that could give me more info on this?
What I do know is, this should have 5 cups, it's hand painted, pretty sure it's porcelain, the material and pattern of pottery reminds me of a really thick egg. The teapot is about 4" tall and the cups are about 2 1/4" tall. Any help in identification or knowing what era I'm looking at would be much appreciated. I picked this up at a garage sale.
