My Dad brought this back at the end of WWII - he was stationed in Korea. I assume this is a Korean vase, but could be wrong. It stands 7 1/2" tall and is 4" across at its widest point. It appears to be a pottery with an ivory background (that is finely crackled) and hand painted scene's. Does anyone know what the mark is? Any information on it would be greatly appreciated. My Dad has passed on so I don't have any info on where exactly he was stationed while in the Army. Thank you for your help. Mary

Looks Japanese or Chinese to me but I'm no expert. Lovely vase.
