Please help me identify, thanks. I've had this one over a year never knowing what purpose this dish is made for. The dish is made of brass, has a prop to hold up the fan looking V shape holder and folds down for storage. At first I thought this was a egg roll holder but I couldn't validate that, so I need someone to help me identify.
its a business card tray for the front office desk in hotels in fan form , where salesman or dignitaries can leave there cards
its the principle like in old Vienna posh hotels around fin de siecle, the marble and onyx trays with vienna ducks on it, only this is quite new ond of different quality , still cute
