Fantastic find today. The black is inlaid into the clear glass and goes all the way under the base to the other side. The top is cut. Some indicators suggest it's an Adam Jablonski, or possibly a Bohemian. The bottom shows the craftsmanship beautifully. I would appreciate any opinions.

Almost would have said Venini, he does this sort of striping, but not that puddling on the bottom. That is a distinctive feature, should lead to you to a definite maker.
