    J. L. Clark makes tins for many companies including Band-Aid. Also Lipton Tea and many others.
    Hard to say how old this is but as it has no UPC symbol that makes it vintage.
    A very colorful tin, the handle on the lid is the trademark for the J L Clark tins.
