    I think this is an Elusca Hand Painted Clock by J. Cirosjean. Clock has Gold Face with Roman Numerals and Chimes. Swiss Made (?) & Numbered #70597. Included is a Removable Base and Stand. It stands (without base) about 15 inches tall and 8 inches wide.
    With all that said, I'm not sure what I have here. Any thoughts?
