The vase is 6" tall and 5 -1/2" wide. This is a hand blown red vase derived of Vincent Labino's own color formula that included gold according a museum curator. (google him for the perts) I purchased it at a Special Olympics annual sale in Springfield, OH for $2.00 for a friend of a friend who collects red glass. I didn't want to leave without buying something and I was on my lunch hour and didn't see anything I wanted so I went back and picked this up for his friend. He said "that's not red" and left for lunch. LOL

Thank you swfin, SEAN, antique, agh, racer and vitro again. This was my first and best find and have since learned you don't measure glass in circumference literally but from side to side at the widest point. So I'll change the description of the width of the vase...to the best of my ability. Limited but trying.
