Super fun cream and red pitcher but what era???

What era do you think this is from? I found it at an estate sale but can't decide whether it is Art Deco or Mid-Century Modern? Any ideas for who made it?

Little piece can be removed that sits on top of pitcher. Red circle lines curve of pitcher on front, back of pitcher is cream only. No label on bottom.
