Reads Hamburg 1913 at the top. Beneath that is a signet or monogram of VS or VJ. On one side is an American flag, and the other appears to be a pre WWII German Empire flag.
At the bottom is the Hamburg coat of arms, the three tower castle.
Any ideas what this was from? Could it be related to the Hamburg America ship line?
