Stratton a British company that made all sorts of personal items in the 60s and 70's. Ladies compacts, men's tie pins, cuff links and usually good quality items that lasted.
This is a lip view a small enclosed mirror which a lady fit on a finger and that would aid her to put lipstick on. Marked Stratton on the box, with instructions on a rolled tube to protect the finger placement holder. Brass and enamel. But still in its box and never used.
I remember those!
