FDR Photo

I recently borrowed an old photo album from my grandparents that belonged to my great grandmother. It had photos in it from 1910 all the way up to the 1970s. Taped to the back of the album was this photograph of FDR. On the back is a message from FDR's eldest son, Jim Roosevelt. It isn't actually written, it's mass produced. I wonder how old this is and how scarce they are.
