my art glass bird

This bird has beautiful white and lite blue highlight in the neck and body it stands 3" from the tip of the tail down . And 3" from the tip of the beak to the tail. On the bottom it is stamped with the words enchanted glass, and a name of Carl is also stamped into the glass. Any one know carl?
