This is framed 36" x 18" approx. The poster has atb publishing corp NY 1946 Seasons greetings Dy-Dee Co and signed Sig not sure of the last name any idea what this is thanks

The name is Sig Arno. He was a German actor and also an artist. He may have been commissioned by the company to paint the original picture.
