I don't know much about this lamp and wish I knew more about this fixture. The fixture has a rotary switch to turn it on the has markings that say "UND. LAB. INC. LIST. 6A. 125V. 3A. 250v. 3A. 125VT." And the lamp in the fixture says "J578 60w 120V SYLVANIA" that is all I know about this fixture. Thanks for your help.
