Don't have much info on this. Anyone know how old it is? Has wooden mouthpiece . Wooden phone box with metal front.

Your intercom was manufactured around 1913 by S.H. Couch of Norfolk Downs, MA
The wooden mouth is not original to this phone, should be metal.

Does it look like any other parts were modified? Does this still have value in the current condition even though the mouth is not metal?

The receiver looks like it wood? not original to this phone. it does have value if original, the parts can be found on Ebay
