    Does any one know who made this piece? I inherited it from my mom. I haven't seen a piece like this on. She always told me it was depression glass.

      other than possibly Victorian era epergne, no idea on maker; tho' looks very nice!

      Agree with tallcakes-- Victorian epergne.

      The lilly to the left looks like a replacement of a broken/ lost one. I have never seen an epergne with an unmatched lilly like that. Some better photos, to include close ups of the holder may help.
