I purchased this Baume & Mercier wrist watch back in the late 1970's. Popular style during the 1970's with the Roman numerals being used.
On the face it is marked Baume & Mericer Geneve with a logo I don't see being used on the newer watches. On the back is marked 14k Gold B&M
