    A large oil painting of a city scene , not sure what city, but it is beautifully painted , it was a gift for my birthday years ago, I still love it. I believe the signature reads A. Herbert .

      Paris. That is l'arc de triomphe in the distance. Nice - I love the colors. I have a painting that would go with it perfectly, color-wise!
