The item was given to me by my aunt, whose previous resided in the vicinity of Harlem''s
STRIVERS ROW.
The oil on canvas painting measures 16 x 20 inches.
She subject appears to be a landscape, has a few issues - tear in canvas.
I noticed a label on the lower right frame, "The City". And written on the is the words, moon city.
I have no idea of the orgin. It can possible be of middle eastern, possible ancient armenian because of the artist signature.
I welcome any and all information pertaining to this item.
Hard to tell but since you have traveled the world -- it might not be an easy simple name like * John, or Bill * .....as it looks like to me it says ???
