Old Colth Boots Unknow if man's or Womens. No size or markings.

Here is a pair of Old Cloth Boots I do not know anything about them. I have been trying to figure out the age and if they are Unisex. To me they look like they could be ladies, Appears as thin as the soles are that they were made to be worn inside. No Mfg. tags or size. The top of the boots material appears to be painted or colored. any knowledge on these would be appreciated.
