I had this one sitting outside as a yard decoration for several years. Tried to pick it up and it fell apart After about a few days of trying to figure out how it goes together and finding a key missing piece I finally got it all together on Sunday. Took a touch of glue and two extra nails but is now back together. Missing one back support but I think that was always missing. Closest match I found was a National 701 but those had 5 back braces and this one has 3 (counting the missing one). It seems to be made of copper, possibly brass.
These washboards are great. Now you can make music.... :-)

hey FORT -- I have one here hanging on the Wall in the laundry Room. It is a family thing...will post in a bit...has some words printed on it...and also is Copper I believe
