I found this item but cant seem to locate any information about what it is.

Photo button-- just another product offered by photographers and other sellers.

Most that I see date from about the late 1890s- 1920s. Like most images, subject matter and condition are important in determining values (price). Military subjects and the unusual command the most interest.
