I am most interested inscription on the bottom, what does it mean? I'm interested in the period of origin this items. Any information about this will be very helpfull. Thank you in advance for any help:)

This is a typical plastic resin, molded bottle. The marks on the bottom are standard on these kinds of reproductions/fakes. The lipstick doesn't belong in there. :-)

The fantasy mark is that of Qianlong, a 1736 to 1795 reign in the Qing dynasty.
