I have asked many people and no one yet has a clue what this is. It is 8" long. The offset at the right in the pictures has "Stanley" embossed on top and with the wing nut loosened it can be extended to 10" over all. The handle will also swivel side to side. It has a detent or something to aline the handle at straight up.
