Wonderful find at a country auction! Rare Souter Designed Royal Doulton Cat Pitcher. This had a hairline on the bottom, but holds water and the parts you can see when it's displayed are perfect.

Souter was an artists for Royal Doulton who was famous for these art deco Cat items.

I have a Royal Dalton Souter cat pitcher also which was my grandmother's. It has 4 cats in various sizes on it and says" Trust not him who seems a saint". No cracks at all. Any buyers out there?
