You have what appears to be an Alfred Jansson landscape painting. He was a Swedish born American artist who painted most of his work around the turn of the last century. Some of his similar pieces have sold at auction in the $2,500 - $5,000 range. Depending on the condition it could be worth a considerable amount more than that.
