This a monster 48X36" oil painting signed by Lee Richards. It is framed in oak. On the back is hand written "Property of Avante Studios Inc" I would love to hear any info on Avante Studios and Lee Richards.
From what I've found out about Avante Studios, they are an art production company. I can't find an artist by the name of Lee Richards, although he may have actually painted your picture, he would be one of hundreds(?) of painters in the Avante Studios painters pool.
A bit like the Starving Artist sales you find, usually in hotel ballrooms for a weekend.
