Interesting oil lamp with a prong burner, ribbon wick, blue glass font and a pyramidal cast iron base.
Purchased from a collectors estate.

This Oil Lamp is European....possibly English. Your last photo shows some blue paint on the metal base.....is it simply a reflection from the blue font? The "prong mantle" is called a burner and this one is newer but seems to fit. You should be able to find an English burner on-line to replace this one. The threads on the collar of these European lamps usually don't fit our N. American burners. These burners would have a gallery that would hold a slender chimney. BOB
