    Couldn't understand what it is.

    Its a booklet containing 4 pages in hand writing fro, 1874.

    It's in a bad condition with tears.

    Any one can help ?

      It's for Heinrich Horn and Carolina Marx (?) - it's hard to read.

      Sorry, Heinrich Horn seems to be the lawyer. The man's name looks like David Kahn.

      "Ehevertrag" = marriage settlement. Could that be a divorce settlement? It looks like they have an inventory of items with prices. Could also be a marriage agreement listing what the wife brought to the marriage.
