I have seen another similar bowl, but with a rather round fish..
We can't find it yet!
The color of the bowl is a sandy tan, the fish is long and kind of skinny with stripes on it's belly and solid color across top of the fish, and a single circle outline around fish.
Hijiri Gama mark, all gama the left than 1950 this is somrthi,g ;oke 1970
