Recently went to a yard sale and was browsing through all the glass and porcelain when the owners told me that all the glass was free so like any responsible person I hunted down every last Japanese piece I could find. I have only been able to translate the right column it reads Dai Nippon ( Great Japan). So far I can not read the left column.
