Very old(200yrs?) childs family item rocker

This item is my wife's family rocker. It was given to her by her grandfathers aunt Zoni when she was a child. It belonged to here great grandfather. Her family comes from Ohio, Indiana. It has the original surface, and the paint has faded but the top back looks like a child under a tree. It seems it is very old and we have yet to find another like it. It stands 27 inches by 13 inches.
