I can't find anything like this with that kind of design anywhere. Sorry for the sideways pictures. Any idea?

Oh, it has a smaller square snap pouch inside and a small round mirror. Hope this may help.

The smaller pouch is a coin purse. The bead work is most likely Czech glass. Looks to be Art Deco period.
