I inherited a smaller Carlson piece and since then have acquired 2 more that are smaller than yours as well. They are all mountain scenes and I love the different colour palettes and texture of each one. I cannot find much information on the artist, have you?

Paintings like this one are produced in the far East for export to naive buyers in the West. Decorative but worthless.

He was my great grandpa. He would paint at Saskatchewan River Crossing and lake Louise. He would sit and look at the mountains painting. We have a garage full ranging from 1970-2000. He started painting after he retired from his regular job. He was a golden gloves boxer. He passed away in 2010. If you want anymore information just let me know!
