Purchased at estate sale
in 1950's

Marble top table and matching mirror gold trim

would like to know age of pieces/ period

Last 2 pictures show the table underneath

Both are Victorian Eastlake STYLE-- if original to the period, they would be 1870- 90s.

I see a thing or two with each piece that makes me question the actual age: the gold painting on the table, and the LOW marble base and feet on the mirror.

A photo of the BACK of the mirror and the bottom of the table may be helpful in confirming the age.

Think someone painted it later? Look at the corners of the marble on the table. Interesting cut.

Nope - consult sold pieces on ebay. Search 'Eastlake marble top table and Eastlake hall mirror.
