      Hey! I thought this picture was pretty rad so i looked into it, the bike is called "The Magic Pan" and made by a guy named Syd Desoto. It appeared in Vol 9 Issue 6 of Street Chopper Magazine in 1977. So the picture may have had something to do with that.
