Mao Zedong Blue China Plate with Silk Box

This is a wonderful Cobalt Blue Plate with a heavily etched photo of Mao Zedong on the front. I have no idea what it says. It measures 10-1/4" and is in perfect condition in its original silk box. Something drew me to the authenticity of the piece, and now I believe I have the only Mao Zedong plate of this type known in the Western World and maybe beyond, (so plans for a Mao Zedong blue plate party are out...
