Perhaps an Apostle spoon, not related to the Jewish faith. If there are no silver hallmarks, then it's silver plate.
Can you please retake/repost clear photos? These are quite blurry. Also, need to see the printing on the back of the spoon.

It looks to be an apostle spoon. Just because there are no hallmarks this doesn't mean it is 100% silver plate, it could have worn hallmarks, or it could have a hallmark somewhere which has been missed.

The spoon shown opposite is typical of single spoons not part of a set. In this case the apostle is simply holding what appears to be a book. Such examples would typically be in electroplated nickel silver and marked on the rear face with "EPNS."

ThanK you Efesgirl; my preocupation is that as said by antiquesilver it might be and probably is nickel silver plated; why would the first layer go off then? but it was originally part of a set of 6, overtime using them, some have been missing.. if it is nickel it is also toxic! bad news.. as we have used them many times..
I do not have a good camera and tried to get better pictures especially from the marking: Harris Made in england in the upper back (thin handdle) behind and below the little man... anyone knows what Harris is? and if it is significant of a particular time..antiquesilver , there is no other marking such as "EPNS" I also checked the links, and they aren't the same both the little man and the "handdle"
