Shown is an original Luftwaffe single decal M-42 helmet, with rough blue grey paint. The M-42 helmet followed the M-35, and the M-40. The process for making this model helmet cut production costs, and was easier to produce. The leather liner has a Luftwaffe unit stamp, but it is very faded.
