      the screws on the top part seems like it is for lightbulbs to be attached. just guessing

      Purchased at on Withybush Aerodrome Haverfordwest.

      This is a brass floor standing light lamp. It has four lamp positions at the base and three lamp positions on top of the adjustable brass pole.

      There are some parts missing, I'm trying to locate an original picture of it.
